Our office hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm (excluding weekends and Public Holidays). Our rooms are available for hire outside of our normal office hours. An access surcharge of $100 applies for Saturday or Sunday room hires where no NSTC representative is required onsite. Weekend air-conditioning is charged at $60 per hour and can be operated remotely as needed. There is no public access to the building prior to 8AM or after 6PM however after hours lift access cards are available by prior arrangement and can negate the after hours access surcharge or $100.

  • Room hire is charged based on full day, half day or hourly rates.
  • Internet access is based on normal fair usage this excludes downloading of torrents, movies or large files.
  • All prices include supply only of tea/coffee/nuts/biscuits in the kitchen area for delegates.
  • You may arrange your own catering to meet your individual requirements or use our kitchen facility to store and reheat food.
  • Terms & conditions apply for cancellation.
  • All prices and charges quoted exclude GST and a tax invoice is provided after financial settlement details are provided to confirm your booking.

Payment

Bookings cannot be confirmed until financial settlement details are received. This may be in the form of a purchase order or credit card details.

We accept payment by cheque, EFT, PayPal and all major credit cards which are subject to an additional processing fee.

A tax invoice will be sent on receipt of financial settlement details.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you change (cancel or re-schedule) your booking, we require 10 full working days notice prior to commencement.
  • Should we receive less than 10 full working days notice, the full charge of the room hire fee will apply.
  • Full room hire costs will be applied for non-attendance and cancellations on the day of the course.
  • If you re-schedule, we will credit the Cancellation Fee towards your new booking, subject to availability.

Public car parking is available nearby in Denison Street and Berry Square. (Charges apply as per parking station’s advertised rates).
